One year my friend and I went to Arizona. There was a water shortage, so waterparks were out of the question. The cable movie wouldn't work for anything and we honestly got bored, so we decided to drive to other places. We drove to the Hoover Dam, the Grand Canyon and Laughlin NV, then we drove back to our original destination. Yes, the cable was still not working and my friend bought a puppy. she then had to buy a plane ticket for him too. his was a wierd trip, but in the end a fnu one.
I loved all the reviews and it just makes me all that more anxious to get a copy of this book. I'm actually getting jealous that everyone has read this fab book but me! *Sighs*

And great story, Dina! The Hoover Dam is actually one of the settings for the second book in this series, so I was able to visit a few months ago. What a neat place! We ended up getting down into all of the old inspection tunnels, and even made it into one of the grates where you could look out and see straight off the side of the dam.
